Is it Japanese whisky?

Mashed, fermented, distilled, matured and bottled in Japan, per the Japan Spirits & Liqueurs Makers Association standard.

How it tastes

The no-age-statement Yamazaki, and the only one most people will realistically drink. Lighter and more red-fruited than the 12, without the sandalwood depth. A reasonable buy in Japan; often not one abroad.
