How it tastes

Kirin blends two house malt styles — the traditional clean, light spirit and a newer fruity, creamy one — matured largely in bourbon barrels with beer- and wine-cask accents. The fruit-forward counterpart to Fuji Sanroku, and the malt to pair with the Fuji Single Grain.
